We’ll look at LABAN technique for 3 days.
We’ll meet 10am - 5pm.
We’ll be on our feet most of the time.
We’ll take it into text very quickly and see how to use it in scenes.
what?
LABAN is a way of understanding movement and of psychology, and looks at how we can shift off our centres and apply new ways of being and moving to a scene, so that we can shift off our normal patterns.
We’ll go into the efforts for the first day.
We’ll apply it to text and character for the second and third day.
