The Crucible - Acting Deep Dive

text work. THE crucible.

We’ll look at THE CRUCIBLE by Arthur Miller together for 3 days.

We’ll meet 10am - 5pm.

We’ll be on our feet most of the time.

We’ll act as if we’re rehearsing the play.

We’ll look at text work, character development & acting technique.

We’ll be the same group the whole time, so we’ll be building community.

Observer places

This offer means you are given the chance to drop in and out, for 1, 2, or all 6 weeks, and watch the work unfold. We can often grow more for watching others work than anything else. We’re able to see epiphanies, watch errors get corrected, and see from the outside what we’re so used to experiencing from the inside.

The Observer Places will give you the chance to:

  1. Watch the work of others

  2. Engage in any physical group explorations on character, world, LABAN, Chekhov

  3. Partake in any Meisner Technique.
